Orders will be delivered by one of the following carriers…

  • Royal Mail
  • APC Overnight: Expedited UK orders
  • Non-UK orders: DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS or a similar global carrier

UK orders are generally received anywhere between 1-5 working days whilst non-UK orders delivery times vary from 2-10 working days

Since the COVID-19 pandemic most, if not all, carriers operate on a contactless delivery basis. If you’re out at the time of delivery your carrier may…

  • Attempt re-delivery
  • Leave in a safe place
  • Deliver to a neighbouring property/business

Subsequently, you should receive a card through your letterbox, an email or a text message detailing when re-delivery will be attempted or where your shipment has been left

In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations, we operate a ‘cooling off period’ for un-opened orders as follows…

  • Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are fully refunded
  • You have the right to cancel your contract any time up to 14 working days after receipt of goods and receive a full refund (excluding return postage costs)
  • Orders deemed to fall outside the ‘cooling off period’ will be fully refunded if un-delivered or returned under our product guarantee policy
  • Consumer Contract Regulations do not apply to business to business customers and we reserve the right to charge a £15 handling fee on cancellation of un-opened orders
